Church Disaster Response Team (DRT):

1. 1. Senior Pastor
   2. Church Council Chairperson
   3. Deacons Chairperson
   4. Fellowship Chairperson

The DRT shall determine if the Church will be open as a temporary shelter for the Church family.

The DRT will determine how and when to communicate the announcements.

In order to (1) establish official communications, and (2) provide for the needs of the church members, the Church has established a call tree (with redundancy) in case of disaster emergencies.
