Building Ad Hoc Committee

According to the Constitution and Bylaws, "The Church Council shall recommend ad hoc committees be set up to serve special needs of the church. The Church Council shall clearly state the objectives, responsibilities, and term of duration for each ad hoc committee. The election of the committee members shall be similar to that for the standing committee, except that the candidates shall be nominated by the Church Council and the church. At the end of the term, the committee shall be dissolved, unless otherwise recommended by the Church Council and approved by the church."

The Building Ad Hoc Committee is:

  1. To develop a master plan for the entire Church building project, where Phase I was the completion of our first building in 1996, Phase IA was the completion of our Fellowship Hall in 1999.
  2. To develop a proposed plan for the Phase II building facility. The plan should include:
  3. To develop a proposed plan for the modification of existing building/facilities.
  4. Cost estimates and budget for Phase II Building Project.
  5. To develop a proposed plan for fund raising and financing.
  6. To oversee the execution of the design and the construction of the proposed Phase II facilities until completion.
