Wedding Coordination Team

The Wedding Coordination Team (WCT), which is currently not directly under any Standing or Ad Hoc Committee, is formed to coordinate all weddings to be held at Southwest Chinese Baptist Church. The team is responsible for the coordination between the church and the wedding party (mainly the wedding manager), which is to:
  1. Maintain/update/enforce the wedding policy and regulation which is a part of the Church Building Use Policy. This includes the assessment of billing to the wedding party.
  2. Oversee the coordination of wedding rehearsal, ceremony, reception and/or banquet to be held in the church.
  3. Coordinate and/or assign church co-workers for setting and cleaning up the church's equipment and facilities for the wedding, such as the sound and lighting system, piano/organ, security and medical response, parking, sanctuary, fellowship hall and kitchen, wherever applicable.
