The team is organized under the General Business Committee (GBC). The Team Leader is a member of GBC and will be responsible to recruit and assign team members to perform:

1. Architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, lighted sign and appliances maintenance
2. Fire/Phone/Sound/Security systems purchasing, installation and maintenance
3. Building equipment/materials/hardware purchasing, installation and maintenance
4. Building equipment/hardware usage training for other people if necessary
5. Maintenance service to the church van, the Gospel Van.
6. Repair/Installation/Maintenance service to any other facilities/appliances/equipment/tools/utensil upon request
7. All GBC equipment/appliances (not covered by other groups) purchasing, installation, and maintenance.
